    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with the packaging intact.
    • For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

    • Our team will review your request and send you instructions on how to return the product.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packed for return shipment to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Refunds:
    • Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  4. Shipping Costs:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
    • If the return is the result of our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a prepaid shipping label to be sent to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned. This includes all types of flour such as Matthews Cotswold Flour, Rye Flour, Semolina, and Rimacinata once the seal is broken.
